Celonic is a service company (Contract Development Manufacturing Organization, CDMO) with state-of-the-art locations in Switzerland and Germany. As a logistics employee (w/m/d), you are responsible for the smooth delivery of goods and materials to the specialist departments, including the administrative warehouse management according to pharmaceutical regulations. In addition, you are significantly involved in the further development and improvement of the processes in the field of expertise. Your responsibility: Incoming goods inspection including inspection of vision and identity, checking for completeness, checking of accompanying documents by quantity and quality and, where appropriate, Processing of complaints Deposit, relocation and booking of the materials including tracking of missing parts Surveying, evaluation, data purification and control of stocks Monitoring and compliance of safety stocks Management of raw and finished product storage rooms with compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (GMP) Active cooperation in the further development and improvement of processes in the field of expertise Incoming goods inspection in external warehouses in cooperation with incoming goods inspection Active participation in inventory and management of administrative tasks

Completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics (w/m/d) or equivalent qualification in logistics, warehouse and shipping Multiannual professional practice in storage and shipping, preferably in pharmaceuticals or Biotech industry Experience and permission in the handling of industrial trucks Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Solution-oriented operation and communication strength Embossed team spirit Reliable, independent and responsible operation
