Your area of responsibility:

include the technical and organizational conception, preparation and ongoing support of our circular and planar optics production • Development and construction of optical components and tools and devices required for production • Development of manufacturing technologies and production of CNC programs • Development of test methods and test regulations • Creating the necessary production documentation (work plans, lists and test protocols) • Coordination of the pattern production of new products in production, development of processes up to standard maturity • Technological support of defined processes of optical production • Offer processing and costing in cooperation with our sales

Requirements: • Completion of a technical/engineering degree in the fields of physics, optics, precision engineering, laser technology or equivalent degree with professional experience • Experience in the development and construction of optical components and the tools and devices required for manufacturing • Knowledge of manufacturing methods and testing methods of round and flat optics components and familiarity with various optical materials • Knowledge of the operation of CAD software (ideally PTC Creo) and ERP systems • Knowledge about Microsoft Office • Experience in project work and good English language skills • Greenliness, reliability, resilience, team capacity, independent and independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking
