Architecture & Strategy: Design, development and strategic orientation of a secure, scalable hybrid identity and cloud architecture based on Microsoft Entra ID and classic Active Directory structures Solution Design & App Integration: Technical design and backup of enterprise applications and cloud services, including design of modern single sign-on (SSO) solutions (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect / OAuth 2.0) and API security concepts Cloud Security & Zero Trust: Definition and Enforcement of Zero Trust Architecture Principles, Curing Access Permissions Using Conditional Access, Phishing-resistant MFA (FIDO2) and Entra ID Governance / PIM Identity Protection & Workloads: Proactive design of security concepts for the protection of user identities, service principals and managed identities as well as integration in SIEM/SOAR and threat detection systems Technical advice & Roadmap: Assessment of technological trends, creation of technical blueprints and standards as well as consulting project teams, specialist areas and IT management in the IAM environment

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable training in IT Found architectural experience: Multiannual detectable practice in the design and architecture of complex cloud identity environments (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD) and hybrid identity infrastructures Deep protocol know-how: expertise in modern identity and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, SCIM) and classic directory services (Kerberos, LDAP) Security Mindset & Standards: Deep understanding of Zero Trust Frameworks, Animaling Models, Workload Identities and Actions Against Lateral Movement in Cloud and Hybrid Landscapes Interface & Integration Knowledge: Experience in connecting IGA, PAM and SIEM systems to the Microsoft Entra platform as well as using Microsoft Graph API and Automation (PowerShell / Terraform / Bicep) Analytical Strength & Leadership: The ability to document highly complex technical IAM architectures in a comprehensible manner, to present them and to act as a technical savings partner and mentor for engineering teams
