Leadership & Development: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and promote its continuous development Frictionless procedures: You will ensure the proper and timely execution of all tasks in the main accounting Expertise: As a competent contact person, you support your team in operational day-to-day business and solve complex issues Conclusions & Reporting: You first set monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and are responsible for reporting to our corporate mother in Sweden Balance sheet & Taxes: You are responsible for the coordination, analysis and monitoring of balance sheet accounts as well as for the preparation of sales tax forecasts Cooperation: Close coordination with debitor and creditor accounting and other departments Process optimization: With the joy of innovation, you will optimize existing processes and develop the future-oriented area Responsibility & co-design: You also accumulate surgically when required, and report directly to the Head of Finance

Qualification: Completed economic studies or commercial training with additional qualification as an accounting officer First management experience: You have already led a team or are ready for the next career step Modern leadership competence: You focus on an appreciation of your team and promote the development of your team IT-Affinity: Safe handling of common tools (Microsoft Office) and interest in digital accounting processes Structured procedure: You trade proactively, do things and work solution-oriented Communication strength: You create open and transparent cooperation – both in the team and with other departments
