Intern / Working Student Digitalization Production (m/f/d)

You take customer requirements from the departments and translate them into technical solutions.

From database queries, you will create visualized KPI dashboards in Power BI that support decisions transparently.

Using RPA tools or Python scripts, you develop automated workflows for master data management in the SAP ECC ERP system.

You make sure that the developed workflows run stable and smoothly in several areas and if something does not work as planned.

As the first contact person for support questions, you will take troubleshooting and troubleshooting around the tools you care about.

Users' ideas for improvement: you can pick up, develop suggestions for optimization and continuously increase the efficiency of our processes.

You support the team with ad‐hoc tasks in the day-to-day business and make sure that projects and line tasks are well together.

In initial projects for the introduction of new software solutions, you will participate from the outset and accompany tests, rollout and handover to the departments.

To all developed tools, you will create clear technical and process documentation that will facilitate use and further development.

In addition, you conduct research on benchmarks and the status quo for the digitization of business processes and bring these impulses into our further development.

You are an impersonated:r Student:in a degree program focusing on business informatics, computer science, digitalization or a comparable field.

Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the automation of processes or in a comparable environment and know how to make processes more efficient.

In programming, you have made first steps, for example with Python, Visual Basic or a similar language, and you want to further develop this knowledge.

With Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query and Visual Basic Script for SAP you know well and use these tools securely to process data and create workflows.

A pronounced analytical way of thinking and a good understanding of business processes distinguish you, you recognize relationships and find structured solutions.

You work reliably, structured and self-responsibility and keep track of multiple tasks.

Communicating clearly and value is easy and you like to work with different interfaces in the team.

You have already gained first practical experience with SAP and bringing openness to deepen your knowledge here.
