You drive the sales of innovative packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry and actively shape international customer relationships. In a future-oriented Pharmaceutical Unit, you develop tailor-made plant concepts for demanding applications at the Schubert Packaging Systems subsidiary. Acquiring and developing a defined international customer portfolio in the pharmaceutical field Analyze customer requirements and test technical specifications for individual packaging solutions (e.g. vials, ampoules, syringes, BFS products or devices) Develop tailor-made offers in close coordination with the respective specialist departments Developing market and sales strategies for complex packaging systems in the pharmaceutical sector Presenting solutions at the customer's premises as well as conducting technical clarifications and contract negotiations Presentation of Schubert-Pharma at national and international trade fairs and industry events

Complete technical studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification First or multi-year experience in the distribution of investment goods in need of declaration, ideally in packaging machine construction or pharmaceutical environment Strong consulting skills and safe occurrence in international customer contact Structured, self-responsive operation paired with high customer orientation and final strength Communication strength, team skills and intercultural competence Very good English skills in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage High readiness worldwide and motivation to work into new technologies and markets
