Development and Evaluation of Talent Development Programs: You plan and run talent promotion programs with a special focus on leadership development, succession planning and career development Collaboration with internal experts:inside, you work on concepts, guidelines and standards that are specially adapted to the needs of our IT employees. Promoting IT culture: In cooperation with IT development specialists, you implement measures that strengthen the commitment of IT employees and promote corporate culture Cooperation with executives and HR partners: Together with executives and HR4IT business partners, you identify development needs and tailor tailor-made measures for organisational development Identification of skill gaps: You analyze skill gaps in the company and develop training programs to improve the skills and performance of our employees in a targeted manner Strategies for personnel and organisational development: You design and implement strategic personnel development initiatives that meet the company's objectives, and work closely with experts for organisational development Continuous optimization: You promote the continuous improvement of our development programs and initiatives to ensure sustainable organisational development

You have a degree in economic psychology or pedagogy, human resources management or a similar field You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an IT-related work environment as well as excellent knowledge of personnel and organizational development You can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of talent management, succession planning and organisational development, change management and strategic management Good knowledge of trends and benchmarks in the field of human resource development You have outstanding skills in consulting and negotiation, as well as strong communication and presentation skills, with which you are convincing at different levels With excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities, you can score and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Your analytical thinking helps you identify skill gaps and develop tailor-made training programs
