Your tasks

Support & Knowledge Transfer Support of national organisations in case of incorrect or absent incentive payments Transfer of best practices and solutions within the organization Data management & system work Processing and consolidation of large volumes of data from different portals Testing of incentive programs according to accuracy and completeness Interface Management & Coordination Support for sales and finance by voting with Microsoft Creation and provision of lists for data reconciliation and control Close cooperation with the global finance team and internal sales Process optimization & further development Developing efficient working methods within SoftwareOne Continuous development and optimization of processes and tools in the area of incentives

Education & qualification A completed training or university study is advantageous more important, however, is a comparable qualification or relevant practical experience Analytical skills and working methods Embossed affinity for numbers and large amounts of data Ability to deal safely with unclear situations and different personalities System and tool skills Experience with Microsoft Tools desirable Practical experience with Navision of advantage First knowledge in managing and adapting database applications (e.g. SQL Server, Microsoft Access) desirable Language skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
