Group Leader Block Management (m/f/d)

You conduct the Block Management group professionally and disciplinaryly and strategically develop the work preparation and field service teams. You conduct, secure and monitor legally compliant end-to-end processes for the threat, announcement and execution of supply barriers in all divisions and are responsible for the coordinated re-in operation and compliance with all regulatory, legal and internal requirements. You control external service providers, take on quality and performance management, perform contract controlling, risk and escalation management and ensure a sustainable service quality. You develop complex process landscapes strategically and operationally, harmonize and standardize them for suppliers, network operators and measuring point operators and initiate and conduct cross-departmental improvement and digitization projects. You analyze and interpret business-critical KPIs, conduct strategic optimization measures and provide and validate all relevant data and key figures for the monitoring report of the Federal Network Agency.

You have a degree in business management, economic law, or have skills and experience acquired in equivalent activities. You bring multi-year experience in receivable management, ideally in the energy or supply industry, and work safely with SAP IS‐U as well as systems for personnel deployment planning. You know the energy market roles and regulatory requirements very well and have experience in process control, release change and test management. You actively take responsibility, shape operational and strategic processes and accompany change processes in new regulatory or technical requirements. You have experience in developing teams, promoting a performance-based and trust-based work culture and convince by communication strength and conflictability in handling difficult customer situations.
