Our goal in DLR's technical facility management is to find and successfully implement tailor-made solutions for buildings and technical facilities of scientific and experimental research. For the West region, at the Cologne-Porz site, you take over the construction management, project management and controlling of construction measures. In compliance with all public law regulations and building guidelines, you perform the task of building contractors and monitor the planning and execution according to the performance phases 1 – 9 according to HOAI. Your versatile tasks include: construction-specific preparation of construction projects: you clarify the task, create and coordinate the program and determine the costs. To this end, you will set out explanation reports (project concepts) Development of the most suitable concepts, taking into account the user's ideas and requirements and the operator's economic conditions Guidance of necessary structural coordination with the state ministries and state authorities (e.g. OFD) Development of specifications for external architects and technical engineers as well as coordination of plan documents and performance monitoring Consulting and support activities within the Supply Technology Group to ensure the sustainable management and optimisation of energy systems as well as support and advice of users and colleagues in the case of new, re- and expansion engineering measures of building installations Takeover of entrepreneurship obligations for the assigned construction measures or Areas relating to occupational safety and the prevention of accidents at work, occupational diseases and occupational health risks

completed university degree in utilities (Dipl.‐Ing. or Bachelor FH) demonstrable knowledge in project management and in the control of external planning offices at least 3 years of practical experience in the operational and planning execution of large construction projects in the field of research, as well as extensive reconstruction, maintenance and rehabilitation measures of contractors cross-company planning of plant engineering in the building deeper knowledge of the implementation and interpretation of VOB, VHB, LBOs, HOAI and RBBau as well as ASR Knowledge of building services Experience in cost control strong coordination and negotiation skills safe handling of industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SAP and project control tools detectable German language skills by level C1
