Collection, evaluation and further loading of all costs arising from supplier errors (quality/logistics) Implementation and documentation of supplier penalties and coordination of returns to suppliers Creation and tracking of objections as well as requesting costs in the context of customer complaints to suppliers Processing of returns and customer audit reports in cooperation with relevant specialist departments Examination and booking of invoices in creditor and debitor areas Care and use of relevant SAP modules for the transparent handling of all claims processes Identification and implementation of process optimizations as well as preparation of corresponding process instructions Implementation of internal training to introduce new or modified processes Close cooperation with the areas of quality, logistics, production and purchasing

Completed commercial or technical studies or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in complaint or claim management, ideal in the industrial environment Very good knowledge in SAP (e.g. MM, QM, SD) and in the field of accounting Embossed process and digitization competence Structured, solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility Very good communication skills in internal and external exchange
