ORIENTATION FOR SETTING IN IMC AREA:

Answers to team, everyday life and monitoring: How binding is an IMC proposal after the first adjustment? A suggestion will only be arranged with you. After that, we clarify whether monitoring levels, responsibility and layers are consistent for you. How do you consider my times in specialty? Together we will see what times and models fit your everyday life. What is the role of experience in intensive care or intermediate care? A very big one.
