Implementation of the underwriting strategy of the division in defined markets and further development of regional strategies with the employees there Referral Underwriting with the local underwriters as part of the power of the division Portfolio control for the purpose of analysis, planning and control of financial performance indicators in the respective markets including annual portfolio conferences and monthly performance dialogue Implementation of UW governance in certain markets Upskilling and training of local UW unit

Completed study of economics and comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in industrial insurance, ideal for accident and/or travel insurance A reliable knowledge in German and English, knowledge in Spanish and another language Willingness and ability to negotiate at international level Analytical thinking, practiced handling of key figures and their analysis and interpretation IT affinity, knowledge with sparten-related project topics (development of portal / online solutions or Stock management or damage systems) Interested in working in a global, cooperative and diverse team No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
