Industry knowledge in dignified sewer restoration As Head of Construction (m/w/d), you are not only responsible for several construction projects in the field of sewer technology, but also the coordination of the plants to the construction sites and are the first contact person (m/w/d) for your building management colleagues. Our projects are mainly located in the regional environment, which allows a good reconciliation of work and private life.

Disposition of equipment / operational planning within the branch Installation, guidance and support of (Jung-) construction managers Leading bidder calls for contract award Head of complex and demanding construction sites Designing structures and processes within the branch Independent handling and control of construction projects Planning, coordination and monitoring of all construction sites Management and operational planning of personnel and subcontractors Ensuring quality, dates and costs Communication with clients, engineering offices, authorities and suppliers

Complete studies in civil engineering (e.g. civil engineering, infrastructure management, etc.) or technical or master's degree (e.g. construction engineering, civil engineering, road construction, pipeline construction) Single, multi-year industry experience in the dignified sewer renovation Knowledge of relevant technical standards (calculation, tendering, awarding) Experience in RIB iTWO is advantageous Organizational and communication skills Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility and team capacity
