Strategic and operational responsibility for modern digital workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365 environments, end device management and virtual desktop environments Cooperation with internal stakeholders to collect and implement the requirements for the digital workplace environment Introduction and continuous optimization of workplace standards, processes and service management (e.g. ITIL) monitoring of service quality and user satisfaction, including regular analyses and feedback plans Proactive incident and problem management to ensure smooth processes Continuous monitoring and evaluation of trends and innovations in workplace technologies and hybrid work

At least 5 years of professional experience in workplace management, digital jobs or comparable areas, of which at least 1 year in a leading role Detectional experience in building and managing a workplace or service management team Knowledge of the design and operation of modern workplace technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Collaboration Platforms) Experience in agile development environments and the application of methods such as Scrum or Kanban Excellent leadership, communication and social skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Passion for technological innovation and continuous improvement as well as the ability to identify and manage technical risks proactively Experience in budget and resource management and strategic technology planning A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related subject or a comparable qualification Active exchange with the workplace community and interest in current workplace trends are beneficial
