Development and implementation of strategies and concepts for companies in the Life Science Industry (Pharma and Medtech) with the focus on digitalization Networking and Bridge Builder*in between Management, Departments and IT Project management and project cooperation in the field of computer system validation, and support in tenders Consulting our customers in the design and implementation of new IT compliance requirements from the regulated environment and in the introduction and improvement of IT quality management systems Accompanying IT compliance audits in the customer environment Recording requirements and coordination between business and IT Preparation of training materials and accompanying workshops, meetings and decision-making processes Responsibility for rollouts or accompanying rollouts Developing concepts for process optimization

Academic training, preferably in a technical or (nature) scientific field Experience with systems from the relevant specialist functions of Life Science companies Knowledge of the underlying regulatory requirements (GxP) Professional experience, e.g. in the field of CSV and/or in the qualification of infrastructure and in IT compliance topics Low experience in building quality management systems in pharmaceutical / medical technology Joy in conceptual work and the development of innovative customer solutions Embossed social and intercultural competence Experiences in project management (agil, hybrid, classical) Good English knowledge of word and writing You can master German at least C1 level and successfully use it in your everyday work. Very good communication and analytical skills IT-Affinity
