At 01.12.2027 we are looking for a facility manager (m/w/d) or from now on a trainee to the facility manager (m/w/d) in full time for the Johann-Benedikt-Bembé-Stift in Bad Mergentheim.

You guide our old care facility with 83 stationary seats and 29 supervised apartments. You are an employee for employees, customers and customers, relatives, volunteers and the community. You are responsible for the success-oriented personnel acquisition, recruitment and management, the economic management of the facility and the compliance with the corporate objectives, standards and concepts. You represent the interior and exterior of the facility and ensure networking to the community.
