Requirements Management & Analysis: You raise, analyze and prioritise technical requirements in close coordination with Product Owners, Sparkassen, Fach- und IT-Units and other stakeholders. Conception & solution design: You are working on the design and development of depot-related modules of the retail deposit platform in scaled agile teams. Stakeholder & Interface Management: You work closely with product management and scrum teams, actively network with relevant units and develop a holistic understanding of user needs and platform multiples. User Stories & Validation: You specify professional solutions in User Stories and accompany their implementation until the user acceptance is checked. Market Observation & Communication: You will follow market and technology trends and support internal and external project communication, for example by moderating workshops and user groups with savings banks.

You have a degree in the STEM field, economics or a comparable qualification. You have well-founded knowledge in business analysis, requirement management and the concept of IT solutions. You bring multi-year relevant professional experience in the securities field as well as in the distribution of a savings bank, bank or capital management company and know regulatory frameworks. You have methodological knowledge and practical experience in working with agile project and development methods. You have pronounced presentation and communication skills and can convey complex issues to the user.
