Your Role As Head of Commercial Controlling, (f/m/x) you will act as the strategic finance partner to our global commercial leadership and drive financial performance across Sales, Service and Commercial Excellence. You will Lead the global Commercial Controlling organization, covering Sales, Service, Working Capital Management and Commercial Business Partnering

Partner close with the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leadership, providing financial guidance on commercial strategy, pricing, prospect and new business models

Drive budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning across global regions and Strategic Business Units while ensuring transparency and alignment

Deliver high-quality financial analyses, executive reports and business recommendations for senior leadership and C-level decision making

Monitor commercial performance through relevant KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and initiate corrective actions

Support strategic customer engagements by evaluation complex commercial agreements, financing concepts and prospects

Optimize working capital and cash flow through effective management of receivables, inventory and commercial finance processes

Lead, coach and develop an international team of finance professionals while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting standards and business intelligence capabilities to strengthen commercial decision making

Lead or contribute to finance transformation projects that enhance efficiency and the quality of financial insights for the sales and service organizations

You have a master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification combined with extensive professional experience.

Several years of leadership experience in Commercial Controlling, Finance or Business Partnering within an international, matrix-driven organization.

Strong expertise in commercial finance, including sales controlling, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, prospecting analysis and working capital management.

Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic business decisions through data-driven financial insights.

Strong knowledge of SAP, ERP environments and Business Intelligence solutions search as Power BI or Tableau.

Solid understanding of IFRS and corporate financial reporting standards.

Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.

A collaborative leadership style with proven experience in leading organizational change and developing high-performing teams.

Fluent English is mandatory

Willingness to travel borders (approximately 20%)
