You are actively helping the sales team in national and international sales as well as in our back office. Your task is, inter alia, as follows: Collection and management of purchases and sales orders Collection of incoming requests and alerts Creation of offers and product specifications Deposit in the commodity economy system Accompanying general office correspondence, administrative tasks and creating mailing actions Accreditation, processing and control Document processing in the case of goods imports in conjunction with the relevant customs duties Internal communication with the administration and the warehouse/ logistics Extension of quality assurance Organisation of forwarding orders in cooperation with the purchasing and sales team

We are looking for a motivated, positive and reliable team member with an eye for detail that brings the following skills: Completed training as a merchant (e.g. a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade) with first experience in sales or back office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of word and writing Knowledge of another foreign language such as Danish would be advantageous Knowledge of MS Office Programs and Dynamics 365 Business Central Combining your business and analytical understanding with high customer and service orientation In addition, you have the pleasure of teamwork and go independently, dynamically and independently to the tasks set You are flexible in your field of activity and are looking forward to new challenges
