You address customers and traders in technical and organizational matters. You receive service requests, process them and coordinate the further steps. You provide relevant information and processes in the customer service system. You check incoming orders, evaluate their urgency and prepare them for processing. You coordinate the deployment planning and ensure smooth order processing in the service.

Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant, wholesaler and foreign trader, freight forwarder or office merchant Interest in technical matters of domestic and system engineering Service-oriented action, self-initiative and resilience in stressful conversation situations Pleasure to telephone customer contact and very good IT user knowledge
