As part of an innovative university project, you will jointly design future-oriented study structures with an interdisciplinary team. The focus is on the development and systematic evaluation of flexible, hybrid and cross-disciplinary study models as part of the project “The successful and flexible study”. In doing so, you combine methodological expertise with practical implementation skills in order to accompany students at an early stage in their professional orientation and to enable individual courses of study. You are designed with: Development and implementation of a comprehensive evaluation concept for the study input phase – including the collection, evaluation and interpretation of data (quantitative and qualitative) Accompanying the conception and development of flexible study models (e.g. HyFlex, modular study structures, Microdegrees) Analysis of the first study cohorts: Evaluation of integration, learning processes, motivation and the success of studies of starters Assessment of the accreditability of flexible study models taking into account the criteria of the Accreditation Board and legal framework Support in quality development through the development of control loops, feedback systems and suggestions for improvement Cooperation with faculties, students, teachers and university administration to ensure a participatory and sustainable design regular coordination with project coordination and preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external bodies

completed master's degree (or comparable degree) in a relevant field (e.g. education, quality management, sociology, psychology, university teaching, pedagogy) Experience in the planning and implementation of evaluation studies in the field of higher education – ideally focusing on study structures or academic phases well-founded knowledge of empirical research methods (e.g. surveys, interviews, workshops, data analysis, e.g. with SPSS) Interest in innovative education models and the development of future-oriented study offers Vocational experience in quality management at universities and accreditation processes strong focus on quality development, evidence-based decision-making and interdisciplinary, participative design high analytical skills, structured functioning and a solution-oriented attitude good communication skills and experience in cooperation with different stakeholders, interdisciplinary teams and bodies Understanding legal and administrative requirements and texts If you have a foreign university degree, we would like to point out the need for a certificate assessment in the long term of the Central Office for Foreign Education:
