What you expect Personnel administration and support for an associated group of employees from recruitment to exit Contact person and organisation of internal and external regulatory measures Analyze and optimize the processes in the field and support for further automation and digitization Time recording and maintenance of master data Implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting Support / Implementation of annual work settlement of reporting and certification Contact persons for employees and executives in employment, tariff, tax and social insurance issues Development and design of personal economic instruments and processes What distinguishes you You have completed commercial training (m/w/d), ideally with an additional qualification in personnel management You have several years of professional experience in operational personnel work, as well as good knowledge in labour law and experience in collective bargaining You are characterized by their reliability, confidentiality and loyalty, as well as by their good organizational and communicative skills.
