As System Specialist Operations (m/w/d), you will ensure the timely and complete traffic data processing for the end customer calculation, as well as the delivery of various specialist areas with processed traffic data. To do this, you analyze and optimize the supervised systems and build efficient monitoring. You coordinate and drive the independent, targeted processing and elimination of complex incidents by working with and controlling the development units, external supplier:inside and other service providers. You support the optimization of software quality through the permanent analysis of the errors (incident/problem management) and the regular implementation of review meetings with the development partners: inside as well as the test and delivery areas. You support the project work in the feasibility, implementation and stabilization phase following Go-Live. You will ensure compliance with the required security policies for the applications, systems and platforms that are responsible by analyzing accesses and permissions, as well as performing corrective measures and supporting SOX and Security audits. You automate workflows by analyzing and optimizing procedures and methods, as well as the continuous adaptation of reporting, monitoring and alarming You monitor the utilization (Capacity Management) of the systems with the tools used in IO and initiate corrective actions You are self-taxing, on a professional level, external employees at the shared service center or external service providers to provide the service for the responsible systems You control the external and internal service providers and suppliers of IT systems and the supported business processes.

What distinguishes you: A technical training with 5 years of professional experience or a completed one. Higher education in electrical engineering/informatics with at least 2 years of professional experience in the IT application company/Telco network operation. Comprehensive process and IT know-how in telecommunications Knowledge of operating systems (e.g. Sun Solaris/ Linux/ Windows), Middleware/Web technologies (e.g. Tuxedo / WebLogic / Tomcat), databases (e.g. Oracle), knowledge of operating applications in the cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure, OCI etc.) Funded knowledge in the field of UNIX script programming, bead, PL/SQL, python etc. Expressed analytical, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and action ITIL knowledge and methodological knowledge of Kepner-Tregoe Basic network and protocol knowledge as well as experience in load balancing). English fluent in word and writing (B1 to GER) German knowledge desirable.
