Completed studies, master or technician degree with focus on electrical engineering, energy and building technology and multi-year professional practice knowledge in the management of employees or in the management of a team or department Experience in vocational education and training and ideally in the use of digital learning and presentation media are advantageous Impressed organizational capacity and communication strength with a sovereign appearance, entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of business relationships Safe handling of common office and presentation applications as well as possession of a valid class B driving licence
