Office worker wanted - 4 days/week approx. 2h/day - mini-job basis -

Our gardening company, specializing in garden care in private areas, is looking for a reliable and dedicated office power to support our team. As an office, you will be responsible for the handling of all office work and make an important contribution to the smooth running of our company.

Tasks:

• Telephone service: First contact for customer requests, appointment arrangements and general information.
• Invoicing and supply:Invoicing and shipping of invoices, offers and other business documents.
• Mail traffic: Processing and answering emails, including customer requests and internal communications.
• Customer requests:Customer requests are processed and forwarded to the competent staff.
• General office work: Organisation and implementation of office work, including data management, file management and post-processing.

Requirements:

• Experience in the office area
• Organizational
• good MS Office knowledge

Working conditions:

• Minijob: up to 2h/days on 4days/week (Monday to Thursday)
• Flexible working time models: Possibility to make working time flexible within operating hours
