As Team People Analytics & HR Systems, we actively contribute to the digital transformation of HR at HPA. Our work includes the continuous development of central HR systems such as ServiceNow, SAP HR and the electronic personnel file. In addition, we are dealing with the modernisation of personnel control and the preparation and implementation of personnel planning. In cross-functional teams, we work on various project topics, with a view to HPA as a whole.

This vacancy is limited to 1.5 years due to parental leave. In your role as HR Specialist, your focus is on the digital transformation of HR – in particular on the further development of our HR IT systems and processes in ServiceNow. You create and plead project documents, prepare content for User Stories and put it in the system. With a structured look at quality and functionality, you organize, monitor and carry out functional and integration tests on your own. You actively support the HR-Systems team, take on smaller technical adjustments, coordinate appointments and introduce yourself to Defect management as well as the further development of ServiceNow and process automation. You will transfer results from process workshops to specific user stories, develop new digital HR processes and introduce them to the teams and companies. With your view for structure and optimization, you support the development of the HR service catalogue and actively shape digital offers for HR. You take responsibility for the First Level Support as well as for the HR-Knowledge Base, free knowledge, pay attention to compliance with standards and define the appropriate structure.

You have a completed bachelor's degree, in social sciences or economics with a focus on HR/Personal Management or comparable knowledge. Your understanding of HR processes and experience in process management help you to implement specific requirements. With your experience in agile project work as well as your IT affinity, you can safely find yourself in applications and interfaces between HR and IT. Ideally, you will bring experience with service management tools in the HR context and can make workshops confident. You are convinced by your social competence, self-initiative and a structured approach. Analytical thinking and an eye for detail characterize your way of working.
