In-house consultant SAP HCM - part-time (20 hours/week) (m/f/d)

You take responsibility – you are within the IT contact for the HR department and are responsible for the topics SAP Payroll (HCM PA/PY) and SAP Time Management (HCM PT) as well as SAP Organisation Management (OM). In addition, You also work with other colleagues from the personnel department of our subsidiaries. You are the expert – you ensure smooth operation of the SAP HCM solutions of our customers and continuously develop them. To do this, you will take care of the design and realization of tariff, legal and operational requirements within the pay billing and time management with SAP HCM You have a well-founded expertise in the context of schemes, rules, cycles as well as operations and functions. You act in a solution-oriented manner - You recognize and understand customer requirements and advise our customers about the feasibility. The customizing and the associated documentation of functional extension are carried out by yourself. You are a team player – you work in diverse HR migration projects and bring your expertise in a targeted way.

Your education – you have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) informatics or training in the IT field. Your experience – you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in comparable tasks. Your know-how – you have very good process knowledge of human capital management processes and have ideally already experience in the field of SAP H4S4 incl. Customizing. In addition, you are an expert in the modules PA, PY, PT, OM, the reporting and reporting system and also provide knowledge in personnel cost planning. Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP development completes your profile. Their personality – You are pragmatic and can easily abstract and represent complex facts on the essentials.
