In the course of the planned establishment of the business unit ZEISS Hunting & Nature, a new independent company is created. Recruitment takes place via ZEISS. The employment itself will take place at the existing independent company.

Your role Responsibility for master data management in the ERP system (plant of new creditors, updating, ensuring complete/correct information)

Ensuring the frictionless and timely booking of incoming supplier invoices with and without order reference as well as recurring bookings and payments

Responsible for the audit and settlement of external and intercompany invoices incl. clearing of open items creditor accounts

Reliable preparation and implementation of weekly payment flows after approval by competent authorities

Processing of travel cost accounting

Competent contact person for the exchange with suppliers and internal departments on all issues relating to creditor accounting

Advantageous knowledge of debitor accounting as support in debitor accounting for peak utilisation

Archiving of contracts and documents, handling of general correspondence

Support for monthly and annual work as well as general office/administrative activities and process optimization

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting or comparable qualification successfully completed and already initial experience in creditor accounting

Experience with common ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or SAP R3/S4 as well as a pronounced affinity for digital tools, systems and accounting process relationships

Very good Excel knowledge; Experience in handling reporting and evaluation tools is advantageous

Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with high quality standards and view for details

Impressed communication skills, professional appearance and ability to work together with different internal and external stakeholders

Strong Hands-on Mentality
