Create service and holiday plans and provide efficient personnel.

Plan, coordinate and control the daily workflows in housekeeping.

Ensure compliance with all quality, safety and hygiene guidelines.

Take responsibility for orders, storage and economic use of cleaning and consumables.

Work closely with the reception, home technology and all other hotel departments to offer our guests a first-class hotel experience.

Edit guest wishes and complaints professionally and solution-oriented.

Support the integration of new employees and promote the continuous development of your team.

Actively contribute to achieving our goals in the areas of guest satisfaction, quality and economic viability.

completed training in the hotel industry, ideally focusing on housekeeping or hotel industry

multi-year professional experience in housekeeping, preferably in a leadership position

strong leadership and organisational competence

structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation

high quality awareness as well as a pronounced eye for cleanliness and details

Hands-on-Mentality and joy in packing together with the team

sovereign appearance and pronounced communication and social competence

high service orientation and joy in dealing with guests and employees

safe handling of current MS Office applications; Experience with housekeeping or hotel software is advantageous

good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least B2/C1), knowledge of English is by Vortei
