The trainee program lasts 18 months and starts on 1. October 2026 Your application is focused on Credit Risk Assesment Your topics are in particular the processing of new loan requests, monitoring in the portfolio, rating determinations and Waiver requests as well as the cooperation in the evaluation of complex port films in all banking segments (including Shipping, Real Estate, National and International Corporates, Project Finance) You will get to know different financing structures in the segments in detail (company financing, asset financing, LBO's, ABL transactions, recourse and non-recourse structures, lease financing, complex portfolio transactions, securitisation structures, etc.) You actively shape your development path and hospitierst based on an individual development plan in selected interface areas of the bank You are planned in the long term: After successful completion of the trainee program, your takeover is fixed You get regular feedback and benefit from intensive care by:n Mentor:in the field You will develop further in a targeted manner: Our training program will help you develop professionally and personally continuously

You have completed university studies, preferably in the field of economics or law, or a comparable subject

You preferably have first knowledge of credit and credit analysis, credit structuring and cash flow modeling or in several of the above mentioned credit segments You bring high analytical, conceptual and strategic competence as well as very good negotiation skills with Your English skills are very good You are characterized by a pronounced customer orientation, reliably identifies customer needs and performs both internal and external customers at any time sovereignly and service-oriented You think innovative and creative, work efficiently and profit-oriented, show a high level of commitment, are stressful and co-operative at any time. You are happy to look beyond your own area of responsibility – both professionally and with regard to your personal development
