A significant part of your role will be given to our customers in demanding SAP-Insurance projects and take responsibility from analysis to solution design to successful implementation. In your project work, you conduct teams or streams, control delivery and ensure quality, transparency and reliability to customers and internal stakeholders Your consulting skills are targeted to translate technical requirements from insurance areas into sustainable SAP-based solutions In addition to the project work, you and the business unit shape the business development for SAP topics in the insurance environment and actively brings your market vision and project experience With a view to customer needs and market trends, you identify growth potentials, develop topics and offers and boost the further development of our SAP-Insurance portfolio In terms of supply and presales phases, you will significantly participate, structure solution images, evaluate expenses, first convincing documents and accompany customer appointments As an experienced management personality, you represent Sopra Steria in customer and network contexts and positions SAP-Insurance topics professionally based Reporting and control for you, of course, are part of creating transparency about progress, pipeline and action needs and thereby taking concrete measures Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in SAP-close transformations or consulting projects in the insurance environment or in a comparable IT consulting Finding knowledge in the SAP-Insurance context as well as a good understanding of the technical and organizational requirements of the insurance industry Project work is central to you – you have already taken responsibility, such as subproject management, stream lead or in a leading expert role Business Development is an integral part of your role and is working closely with the business area on opportunities, offers and presales activities Communication and negotiation strength as well as the ability to combine different interests and prepare choices are among your strengths Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level) and good English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile
