Your tasks

Telephone consultation of existing contacts within the framework of structured Win-Back and Upselling campaigns Active strengthening of customer relationship and increasing customer loyalty Maintenance, updating and qualitative documentation of customer data in the system Professional communication and coordination via Microsoft Teams and Outlook Ensuring consistently high consulting and service quality

You have pleasure in communication and telephony You have a denomination for customers and sales potentials You are communicative, ambitious and have the will to bring things forward You have good knowledge of German and basic PC skills or are ready to work into new tools Experience in telephone sales, sales, retention, win-back or upselling
