Expert Project Management Interior Design - 1 year fixed-term contract (m/f/d)

Actively advance the development of PwC Germany in our diverse teams! For our internal areas we are looking for you as an expert project management interior design - 1 year fixed (w/m/d).

Project management – You will participate in nationwide construction and conversion projects in the field of Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) and the associated introduction of new working methods and worlds. You are also responsible for the successful implementation of our projects in relation to all relevant topics, such as resource and budget planning, internal and external stakeholder management. Changemanagement – You take on supporting tasks in change management. You will take part in workshops and information events and be a competent person. Process optimization – Together with the team, you develop our modern workplace concept and take responsibility here to identify, evaluate and integrate new trends.

You have completed your studies of (internal) architecture, engineering with a focus on construction or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, you have completed a sound engineering training. You have first experience in infrastructure project management and the organisation of inn expansion projects (buildings in stock) and associated challenges in the real estate environment. You have already taken over the control of service providers here. You have very good CAD skills and ideally master Auto-CAD 2D safely. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Your communication strength and your structured way of working support you in optimal cooperation in the project team. In addition, your affinity for digital tools allows you to work efficiently. You have a readiness to travel. The place is fixed for 1 year.
