You like to develop creative content ideas and want to make the BarmeniaGothaer employer brand visible with your content? Then start as a working student*in the team Employer Branding & Talent Marketing.

The place is limited to 18 months with a size of 15 to 19 hours per week.

Develop creative and target group-relevant content for our career channels on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Create posts, stories, videos, reels and other content formats around our employer brand. Write targeted texts and support in editorial planning. Accompany photo and video productions and support in their preparation. Watch current social media trends and identify new content ideas. Analyze the performance of our content and conduct optimization potentials. Bring your own formats and creative concepts.

With your creativity as well as your own initiative, you enrich us and want to help shape the change of the BarmeniaGothaer. A good voice feeling and a sense of target-group-oriented content characterize you. Ideally, you have first experiences in content production as well as in image and video editing with Canva. Your enthusiasm for social media, employer branding and talent communication is noticeable. You think in stories, posts, reels and creative content formats. You often recognize trends before You arrive in the mainstream. You are in advanced studies in the field of business, communication, media or comparable. You can work for 15 to 19 hours per week on 2 to 4 days. We would like to work with you for longer, so ideally you still have at least 2 semesters of rest period.
