Consultant Association and Social Services (m/f/d)

Development of the Association – strategically and practically: design and control of key measures for the further development of the Association – in particular with a view to future-oriented membership and volunteer structures, organisational development and sustainable framework conditions. Analysis of relevant developments and derivation of strategic impulses for the district association and for the professional support of the circle associations. Session management: Structured preparation and coordination of internal committee meetings, legally secure logging and reliable documentation and follow-up of decisions. Compliance & Legal Affairs: Advising associations and local associations in statutory and governance-related issues and ensuring legal and transparent processes in the district association. Communication & Networks: Control of communication between the association levels and the Federal Association, address-oriented preparation of complex content as well as the establishment and coordination of relevant networks and participation in bodies. Project Management: Control of association-related projects and events with a clear focus on coordinated processes, schedules and results. Internal cooperation: Strategic advice and close cooperation with the department management in all thematic areas.

Complete studies with a social or legal focus, e.g. social economy, administrative sciences, nonprofit management, political or legal sciences. Knowledge of association law and/or legal knowledge required. Professional experience in a social enterprise or association. Embossed resilience and sovereign handling of diverse interest groups. Ability to professionally moderate different concerns and translate them into constructive solutions. Experience in committee and network work and in cooperation with volunteers. High social competence, communication skills and joy in team work.
