Your daily tasks:

• Technical support & Maintenance: support for personnel in technical problems, remodeling of machines and packers, as well as close interface work with locksmiths and electrics in case of major machine failures.
• Production & Layer Management: Active support of the shift and production management in the filling halls and representation in the implementation of work and operating instructions.
• Key figures Process monitoring: monitoring of the cycle and production figures (incl. usability), compiling tickets and statistics as well as continuous optimization of the work processes to increase production performance.
• Quality Security: compliance and monitoring of quality assurance and safety requirements as well as safe control of critical control points according to the HACCP system.

Take this with you:

• Training: completed technical training (e.g. as a machine and plant manager, industrial mechanic, locksmith (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification).
• Experience: Multiannual professional experience in production, ideally in a shift operation, as well as sound knowledge of production processes.
• Competence: Basic knowledge or experience with quality standards such as the HACCP system are of advantage.
• Personality: Open-minded, communicative and powerful, paired with a high operational readiness and durability.
• Language skills: good knowledge of German in word and writing on documentation and internal coordination.
