As an employee of the import department (m/w/d), you can secure the 7 R's of the logistics and ensure the continuous availability of stocks using a transport management system (TMS) You monitor the entire transport supply chain and solve problems and conflicts both nationally and internationally, with you standing in close cooperation with the suppliers You monitor the entire container access control and set up reports for the respective stakeholders Together with the Purchasing and Disposition departments, you will ensure the continuous improvement of transport quality, goods availability and handling You look at projects like e.g. the conversion of the audit to a credit method or the establishment of a Europe-wide logistics strategy with You are responsible for creating Excel-based reporting and for the structured processing of complex data

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services / office management or cross-enterers with corresponding professional experience (m/w/d) Ideally experience in the sea freight area, allowing you to quickly find out with the subject-specific names First experience with transport management systems as well as knowledge in handling an ERP system, ideally with SAP R/3 Safe handling of current MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Communication strength in German and English
