As a working student Operational Excellence & Digitalization (OED) (w/m/d), you can support our OED as well as our management team for central administrative and organizational tasks and ensure smooth processes. Administration / Reporting: You support general administrative tasks, support the team in reports, carry out data management and queries, initial evaluations and work in projects. Quality Management / Process Optimizations: Continuous Developments and Professionalization d. You support processes, e.g. through new ideas (digitalization). You support our Quality Delegate as part of ISO audits. Communication: Relevant information, drafting internal and external communications, presentations and preparing meetings/workshops are also your tasks. Learnings: We offer the internal employees various learning formats so that they can continuously develop and strengthen their knowledge; your participation and idea-finding is in demand until implementation. Hands-On: In the sense of our claim ''Serve with quality'' you write service orientation and quality and draw your attention through a high commitment and initiative. You recognize needs and pack independently.

Student:in the business economy or more comparable degree course, ideally focusing on organisation/change/ communication/process optimization Analytical thinking, you have fun working with numbers and work carefully at any time Safe handling of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), as well as interest in handling service management tools, e.g. High service orientation and fun working with customers complete your profile. In addition, you draw from team orientation and reliability Travel and very good German and English in word and writing
