IT Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

SAP S/4HANA (PCE), SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Microsoft Azure and Data & AI Platform Services Co-responsibility for the technical SAP platform (SAP base) including transportation, security, authorizations, access governance and license management. Development of scalable and future-oriented platform services as a basis for data, integration and AI solutions Ensuring stable, performant and secure operation of the platforms at group level Establishment and further development of monitoring, logging and alerting concepts and performance and capacity management as well as support in FinOps topics Responsibility for incident, problem and change management in the platform environment Ensuring compliance and further development of the clean core principle within the SAP landscape Definition and enforcement of development policies and technical standards on the WALDNER platforms Implementation of security requirements at platform level (e.g.: authorization and access concepts) Technical control of external SAP, cloud and platform service providers

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in the construction and operation of cloud or platform services good knowledge of German in word and writing Experience in the operation of business-critical systems with regard to availability, performance and safety Knowledge in the SAP base environment, in particular in the fields of transport management, authorization and user administration, and SAP system operation Knowledge in the area of platform systems mentioned, but in particular in the SAP environment (S/4HANA, BTP, BDC, Clean Core) Experience in an industrial environment or manufacturing company desirable Self-employed and solution-oriented, analytical methods High sense of responsibility for stability, security and quality Joy in cooperation with departments, IT colleagues and external partners
