You assume the overall responsibility for the operational and strategic management of our warehouse in Salzgitter You run and develop up to 150 professional employees, both professionally and disciplinary, and are supported by your leadership team You control and control cooperation with our external service providers You are responsible for the complete capacity planning and implementation, as well as the associated costs and budgets You analyze and optimize existing processes (CVP) and storage key figures for quality, security, productivity and customer satisfaction You work closely with our various internal departments, such as controlling, supply chain and sales You quickly create a powerful network and understand yourself as a service provider for our customers You have the responsibility for work security, order and cleanliness in the location

You have completed training in the field of logistics or completed studies in the field of logistics, supply chain or comparable You have several years of experience in logistics or in industry, of which at least five years with personal responsibility of more than 100 employees You already have experience in building a new location You have a “hands-on mentality” and a solution-oriented mindset You have sound knowledge in warehouse management systems (WMS) You speak German and English (safe in word and writing), also other foreign languages
