Welcome to the KinderArche Frankfurt/Sindlingen The Children's Arche is not only a place for early childhood education – it is a place for growing, experiencing and wondering. As the first facility of the Terminal for Kids gGmbH, it was opened in September 2006 and has since developed steadily. Today we offer our modern and generously designed new building space for eight crib groups and an elementary group. 33 educational professionals accompany and promote a total of 107 children aged eight weeks to school entrance. One quarter of the seats of the KinderArche are reserved for children of the city of Frankfurt; three quarters are approved by the cooperation partners such as Fraport AG, Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH, Infraserv Höchst, Süwag Vertrieb AG & Co. KG, Bayer AG and Deutsche Bahn AG and are confirmed by the children of the employees of these companies. This makes our institution a diverse, lively place with families from different backgrounds – connected by a common goal: the best for their children. In our in-house kitchen, an experienced cook prepares daily freshly cooked, healthy and child-friendly meals – diet that is fun and does well. What makes us special is the connection of professional educational work with special concepts and a lot of heart. We work naturally and with animal-based pedagogy: So we maintain a close cooperation with a farm that we regularly visit with the children. There they experience animals close to the skin, can sow, harvest and discover with all senses what nature means. In addition, a trained therapy dog accompanies us through everyday life – a real friend and helper, who supports the children playfully in their emotional and social development. As a team, we attach great importance to an appreciation of each other, to mutual support and to the possibility of introducing and developing their own ideas. You will be part of a professional, collegial team with flat hierarchies, open communication and plenty of room for co-design. .
