Number: MER00049IS The worldwide transport logistics at the Böblingen site is responsible for and optimises the global transport flows (inbound and outbound) of the Group as well as the associated IT systems and processes. Our team shapes the digital development of the global transport logistics. We prepare complex content in a comprehensible manner, develop modern communication and knowledge formats and support international projects at the interface of specialist, IT and external partners. We are increasingly using AI-based tools. As an intern*in you are in the middle of it: you support us in the design of communication, training and documentation formats and get comprehensive insights into digital logistics processes and international IT projects. These challenges include: Creation of tutorial videos including conception, preparation, voting, approval and publication

Creation and revision of communication and training documents

Design and update of documentation, graphs and process visualizations

Transfer of existing content to current layouts and modern platforms

Creation of One-Pagers for System and Process Documentation

Creating professional presentations for meetings, workshops and management tours

Support, care and further development of digital platforms, such as: SharePoint appearances, supplier portals, social intranet platforms, knowledge management systems

Creation and maintenance of content for internal and external stakeholders

Support in the development of modern communication concepts using AI-based tools

Use of AI applications to create, visualize and optimize content

Coordination with various departments, international colleagues and external communication and translation service providers

That's what you bring: You are enrolled in a course in the field of information design, communication or media management, digital media, media informatics, business informatics, technical editorial, marketing or a comparable course of study

Safe handling of common applications for communication, presentation and cooperation is of course yours

Ideally you have first practical experience in creating and editing photo, video or digital communication content

You have a good sense of image language, design and target group-oriented preparation of complex content

You are interested in Artificial Intelligence and ideally have first experiences with AI-based content creation, visualization or knowledge preparation

You bring technical understanding and interest in digital platforms, IT systems and logistics processes

You work independently and structured, think with and implement tasks independently

You also keep an overview of several parallel topics and convince by organizational talent

In the team you convince by communication skills, reliability and a solution-oriented way of thinking

You communicate very well in German and English, in word and writing

You bring creativity, willingness to learn and joy to try new ideas
