As a Corporate Hotel Manager (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, you're not only looking for a varied job - you're also immersed in the world of seafaring! Your tasks: Monitoring and coordination of workflows in the hotel area, i.e. in the areas of hotel service (kitchen, restaurants, bars) with the aim of continuous improvement Completion of budgets and their monitoring in the area of responsibility Planning and structuring of the supervised operations on board Ensuring high quality standards Promotion and motivation of employees / crew on board to friendly and competent service, as well as regular factual assessments, instructions and trainings Evaluation of ships - travel reports in the area of responsibility High travel activities
