This is your working day

• You control the care process and are responsible for evidence-based care.
• In the first 12 months, you will participate in an inclusive trainee program as an academicized nursing specialist. In the first three months, you will receive a theoretical training in the corresponding field and 9 months a accompanied practical training in the nursing process by a nursing scholar.
• We support you in your professional specialization and professional development as an academically qualified care professional.
• You are a mentor for a specific care phenomenon, e.g. pain, decubitus or fall, and perform quality-proof tasks on your station.
• You identify potential for improvement in nursing care and develop practical questions.

• a completed 3-year training as a health and (children)career (m/w/d) or care professional and a bachelor degree in a basic nursing course in nursing science
• Skills in scientific work
• Structured working and reflexive thinking
• Motivation, sense of responsibility and team idea
