You are responsible for international projects of performance and talent management from conception to implementation – always with a view to business impact, scalability and sustainability. You design global standards, such as performance management, skills management, succession planning and leadership culture. Together with our people partners and business leaders, you are driving talent initiatives throughout the organization. You use data and insights to develop talent management based on evidence. You'll be the first to make decisions and present them convincingly in front of the Senior Management and Executive Committee. You identify trends, benchmarks and best practices and introduce new impulses to the organization on topics such as digitalization, AI, leadership or skills management.

Successfully completed studies – for example in economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable discipline. Multiannual relevant professional experience in talent management, learning & development, organizational development or in an adjacent area, ideally experience in a management consultancy Strong project management craftsmanship, pronounced design strength and the ability to penetrate complex topics quickly Sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels and the ability to control international projects with impact Strategic thinking paired with hands-on mentality and result orientation flowing English skills are indispensable, German knowledge desirable; further languages advantageous International readiness (approx. 1-2 days/month)
