Taking into account the latest scientific findings, you will develop the BIM strategy of the Bundesbank in cooperation with the employees of your own area as well as the construction and IT sector, and develop internal BIM standards. They ensure the transfer and re-use of the building data into the technical operation. For the data sinks in building operations (CAFM and CDE), you design and develop the relevant data structures and quality specifications in the team. They carry out the acceptance (CDE) as part of the integration into the CAFM system, advise on the use of the generated data and control the use of external service providers. Furthermore, you transfer the acquired knowledge to the operating and operating concept.

Master or equivalent degree in Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Supply Technology Good knowledge of CAFM, building automation and communication, building operation in public areas, including relevant regulations (e.g. VOB, VOF, HOAI, GEFMA) and construction-specific software Knowledge of BIM methodology Experiences in the quality control of As-Built models and their link to the CDE and in the data transfer between CDE-CAFM Good knowledge of German in word and writing very good oral and written expressiveness pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
