For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for an IT administrator (m/w/d).

You take over the management and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment. They continuously shape and develop the various M365 services such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online. They observe current developments in the M365 environment and actively provide relevant information to colleagues. They are responsible for the administration, troubleshooting and further development of team telephony. They administrate the Active Directory. They ensure stable operation as part of the 2nd level support and participate in call readiness services in the 24/7 model. They are responsible for the administration of the VMware environment. They monitor and administrate the Veeam backup components, including the tape handle. They serve applications for software management as well as specific applications in the fields of production, finance and marketing.

They have completed training in the field of technical informatics or have a comparable qualification. They have at least four years of experience in the administration of servers. They bring experience in IT administration and IT support. A strong service orientation, conscientiousness, high commitment and a quick understanding are yours. They have a well-founded knowledge of the current IT systems. In addition, you will bring knowledge of landline telephony. They convince with excellent conceptual and analytical skills as well as a high level of explanation and consulting skills. They work independently and solution-oriented. They have knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have sound skills in handling Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Docusnap, Veeam Backup and VMware Server Virtualization.
