For our participation service in shared housing, we are now looking for your commitment

Social education (m/w/d)

in parttime with 25 hours a week.

Your tasks

Participation & co-determination: They assist our residents with questions about participation and self-determination, accompany them through the entire process of overall plan discussions and support the local council in active participation.

Communication & Cooperation: They coordinate communication with the service providers and ensure constructive cooperation with all the actors involved.

Consulting & Qualification: They advise and train employees in social education issues, in particular on self-determination, participation and reporting.

Document & Quality Assurance: You qualify the employees in handling the documentation in Connext Vivendi and promote a professionally sound and quality-proof documentation practice.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed their studies in pedagogical or social pedagogical fields and ideally bring experience in integration aid. You also have security in handling MS-Office.
