Nurses interdisciplinary S (m/f/d)

The A.412 provides interdisciplinary internalist and heart-surgical patients as a station of the certified supra-regional heart centre and in the context of the latest medical and care science findings and processes. With us, you can get to know nursing care measures for conservative and surgical illnesses and therapy options and actively contribute your existing expertise in an open and innovative team. The A.412 team supports patients with peripheral stationary supply requirements as well as patients with increased care requirements and the need for continuous monitoring.

This is what awaits you:

• A varied activity in the care and monitoring of cardiological and heart-surgical patients in a certified supra-regional heart centre

• Development of therapy planning and monitoring in the interdisciplinary team and implementation of individual care, therapeutic and diagnostic measures

• Pre- and post-operative care of patients

• Self-responsibility in the context of acquired competences and defined limits and active support and co-design of the nursing and organizational processes

• Digital support systems for almost all documentation activities, application of the principles of kinesthetics and participation in the UKSH internal kinesthetics training as well as in case and ethics

Take this with you:

• A completed training as a health and nursing person or health and nursing person as a nurse or a completed nursing course (BSc.N.) and ideally a qualification in the field of IMC or Heart Failure Nurse or the willingness to acquire this

• A courtesy and value-estimating communication and a self-responsible and independent way of working

• Flexibility with regard to the use in the 3-layer system and the usual service times

• Special sensitivity, understanding and empathy to our patients and their relatives
